The terrace networks of the front yard, middle yard, and backyard are linked by the renewed emergency fire lane blended seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The adjustment allows flows of continuous activities along the green open lawn, forming a fully functional park.
The coherence of courtyard design alters the spatial experience of both pedestrians and inside dwellers, sharing the serene aesthetic of lush greenery with the public, while enclosing the inner communal space with a cosy atmosphere.
The combination of multi-functional terraces together with an open lawn of the renewed emergency fire lane converts the uses of road space to the extension of a continuous recreational area blended seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
